These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RideWrap website, services, and any interactions with our team. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. Definitions
- “RideWrap”, “we”, “our”, “us” – refers to RideWrap, the automotive protection and enhancement service provider.
- “Client”, “you”, “your” – refers to any individual or entity using our website or services.
- “Services” – includes paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, ceramic tint, detailing, and any related offerings.
2. Use of Our Website
By using our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms or inquiries
- Not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access
- Not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
3. Service Bookings & Payments
A. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- A deposit or commitment fee (where applicable) is paid
- RideWrap acknowledges the booking
B. Pricing
Prices may vary depending on:
- Vehicle type (how easy or challenging to wrap it, how much material needed, how long it takes, etc.)
- Material selection (regular, premium or luxury)
- Customization level (different class of design cost differently inluding the cost to design)
- Additional services requested
- Brand of the material used
All prices will be communicated clearly before work begins.
C. Deposits
Deposits are used to secure materials and scheduling.
Deposits are non‑refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
4. Service Delivery & Vehicle Condition
A. Pre‑Service Inspection
Before work begins, RideWrap will inspect the vehicle for:
- Existing scratches, dents, chips, or paint defects (this may attract extra cost)
- Previous paintwork or aftermarket modifications
These will be documented to avoid disputes.
B. Installation Quality
RideWrap follows industry‑standard installation practices.
Minor imperfections may occur due to:
- Vehicle design
- Pre‑existing paint conditions
- Environmental factors
These do not constitute installation faults.
C. Post‑Service Care
Clients must follow the care instructions provided after installation.
RideWrap is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Improper washing
- Harsh chemicals
- Impact or abrasion
- Failure to follow care guidelines
5. Warranty
RideWrap provides warranties based on:
- The specific film or material used
- Manufacturer warranty terms
- Installation conditions
Warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Negligence
- Unauthorized removal or modification
- Natural wear over time
- Customer’s own material (installation is entirely done on his own risk)
Full warranty details will be provided during service.
6. Photography & Media Use
With your consent, RideWrap may capture photos or videos of your vehicle for:
- Portfolio display
- Social media
- Marketing materials
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made before materials are ordered may be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations after materials are ordered or within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
RideWrap is not liable for:
- Pre‑existing vehicle defects
- Damage resulting from improper care after service
- Losses arising from delays caused by suppliers, weather, or unforeseen events
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.
9. Third‑Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites.
RideWrap is not responsible for:
- Content on third‑party sites
- Privacy practices of external websites
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the RideWrap website—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of RideWrap and may not be used without permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
RideWrap may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
